Hello, and thanks in advance for taking a minute to learn about our dental office! My name is Dr. Allan S. Thomas. I grew up here in Salt Lake City, and I can't imagine a nicer place to live. There are lots of things I could tell you about my background, but let's talk about the benefit you'll enjoy by becoming one of our valued patients (actually, my ad agency forced me to put in all the background details anyway—but I made them move them down the page!).

• Graduate, Oregon Health Services University, 1987, Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD)
• Two Year General Practice Residency University of Connecticut, 1987–1989 (with emphasis in full-mouth reconstructive dentistry)
• Various Course Completions, Pacific Aesthetic Continuum (PAC LIVE) (one of the nation's premiere, hands-on live patient continuing education program)
• Oral Conscious Sedation Course Completion, Utah General Dentistry
• Various Course Completions, Pacific Laser Institute
• Member, American Dental Association
